The staff failed to explain basic information about car and its features, at the time of delivery instead of important information about car; they forced to give 5-star reviews to their staff.
Staff is not trained and not a professional environment at all.
Didn’t gave Insurance copy, invoice, Temporary number at the time of delivery,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very worst experience from this showroom.i purchased swift on 5th march. staff nature very thankful but after receiving payment they ignore your importance and never commited their promises never purchase from this kind of dealer specially kataria (makarpura).Pathetic experience with senior and sales executives. Wasted my time in discussion with top authorities of Kataria makarpura. They give commitment for exchange bonus but refused on 22 march due to spelling mistakes though i give afadevit.more intresteing things they do not considered afadevit in gujrati living and locatwd in gujrat.finally i make mind to go "grahak suraksha" as well as Maruti suzuki to.if u r thinking to buy new car Not at all recommended Kataria makarpura.?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for paid servicing. I had only 4 hours in hand for it due to upcoming journey. Mr Santosh was my service adviser. As service could not be done within the short span of time in anticipation of extra work that may arise, Mr.Santosh checked the car performance by trial run and just topped up the coolant as an emergency. He didn't charge anything after many insist. Just told that customer satisfaction is our farm's gain. I am overwhelmed. I wish for him to get help whenever in emergency as he did for mine.

My car is enter 17/2/22 &today 25/2/22 still not ready. Service manager said that there are not spare parts available. Further three days car will stay in work shop. So what difference between Katariya Service Center. &A Local garage.Alocal garage owner can say that word I have no spare parts. But Like that big show room owner say that is worst. ?
