I was assisted by Mr. Rohit Gholap and Mr. Soham Deshmukh and was really please and glad for the way they handled our small silly questions and providing us the utmost service that a Customer could ever imagine. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Unnati Motors showroom at Kothrud post Diwali 2021 to take a test drive for XUV300. Unfortunately the Test drive vehicles was not available, however Mr. Aniket made sure that this does not make our visit go waste. He explained all the features of the vehicles to my wife & me and answered all our queries actively and with a smile. The best thing about this conversation was I found Mr. Aniket very knowledgeable. He does know his stuff and is very good in Sales.
Aniket promised to us for a Home visit Test drive and made sure he keep his promise. The test drive was as smooth as butter and I fell in love with XUV300 the moment I pressed my foot on the accelerator.
Once we finalized the car and booked the same, Aniket made sure that the process goes seamless. He has been very proactive throughout the process and made sure that I receive all the updates on time. I am very thankful to Mr. Aniket for the excellent Customer Service demonstrated by him.
