★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have went there, sample room is ready for lig, all work is ready made, pillars, slaps, steps are made somewhere and fitted here. work on full swing no parking in building another structure will be made for parking, 4 bridge is under construction near by, i think so it is great investment, coz u can go alibaug, goa, sewri pune & airport from that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally recommend to not buy flats here, because there is heavy shortage of water in Feb to July, They put down the kitchen tap and bathroom/toilets after 9am and 9pm.
How pathetic to take bucket in a toilet ! and you have to take 100 litre as backup for emergency use.
Colony are made up of such that a portable flat water tank are not fitted in bathroom.
I have only one question to cidco ,why they provide tap in toilets, kitchen sink and washbasin,when u have not provide the basic things,then
