Jaiywanti (Janti) Dugal is the food director at Azure Hospitality since its inception in 2009. The much talented connoisseur oversees the kitchens at Mamagoto, Speedy Chow, Rollmaal and Mamapaati. Coming from a blend of a Sikh and an Indonesian background, Janti Dugal, embarked upon her journey into the hospitality sector from a boutique company which served Pan Asian and European cuisines for over 25 years. She has also been the Chef and a Chief Promoter at Delhi’s first authentic Thai street food restaurant “Spice.”
At Azure Hospitality, her role is predominantly two fold – to conceptualise new recipes, R&D while travelling various parts of Asia as well as quality control across all restaurants under Azure Hospitality and revenue centres. With a kitchen brigade of over 150 chefs, Janti’s role is pivotal to Azure’s growth and expansion in the future. Her cooking philosophy is to take standard recipes and tweak them with new, contrasting flavours, providing signature tastes that are original and scalable. Using zero preservatives, MSG or colouring, she focuses on seasonal ingredients and constant evolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place for a sushi dinner .. the ambience is nice.. live music was being played.: we ordered some salmon and tuna rolls along with dimsums.. dimsums were good however i had better sushi in places like yum yum cha.. will visit this place again but not for sushi..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being located in Cyber city, location wise its good. Ambience is good, but didn't like the food that much. We ordered Honey chicken, Rainbow Chicken Dimsum, Mama's Hot Spicy Fried Rice and Wan Chai Midnight Chicken. Honey chicken was little stiff. Outer layer of the dimsums was not that soft. Other items were okayish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mamagoto offers one of the best asian and chinese food in the town. The chefs are professional and the food is cooked to perfection. Believe me when i say, The food is like no other asian food serving restaurant in the town.
The staff and hospital is one of a kind you would really enjoy your visit here to the fullest. Prices are great for the food that they offer.

Located in Cyberhub which makes it more attractive. Nice and clean ambience.
Amazing chinese and south asian dishes. Dumplings, Momos are mouth watering.
Further, they have this variety of rice bowls. They are so so so amazing.
Different kinds of sauces makes the food more sophisticated and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, decent food!! Tried prawn laksa, it was too gud. Must try!! Portions are good enough. Fried lotus stem is also really gud for starters. Shrimp tempura is so so nothing great. Overall nice experience.

Me and my wife was craving for chilli food and we went here for chinese.
First of all hospitality was awesome. We have been served by NARENDER who helped us in selecting our menu and gave us too many options for chilli food and complete dinner.
He also spoke in hindi for for our better understanding.
Food was great
Ambience was good
Service and hospitality was also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a unplanned visit, while searching for a place for lunch.
Took sometime to decide on what to try. So decided to for for different cuisines, Japanese, Malaysian and Indian.
Sushi, chicken satay and stuffed Kulcha.
Salmon was not thr, so had to settle for prawn and tuna sushi. Prawan was good but tuna could have been better.
Chicken satay took some time to come but was pretty decent.
Stuffed Kulcha, 3 different variety - egg & cheese, chicken keema and galouti kabab. Galouti kabab stuffed was the best, other 2 was also good. Assortment of garlic, curry, crushed papad and curd were nice. Size of Kulcha needs to be little larger, as even 3pc may not be sufficient for a adult.
Tried a glass of mojito, flavours could have been better for this.
Overall nice place to try and food is tasty. Service can be better, as even with partial full restaurant, it took more than expected time.
One can read books, while waiting for good to arrive.
Cost of all above, 4.2k for 2ppl. So price is on upper side.
