★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed . The filter coffee didn’t taste good. Also had ordered South Indian Thalis , first the Puri’s came out burnt had to return. All the vegetables were watery as if water has been mixed into the previous nights left over vegetables. No taste , no salt. Insipid. absolutely hopeless. Argumentative Manager justifying the Kut vegetable which was watery. We are from south india and do know our food . Will not recommend . Sagar Ratna as a brand - You guys should work on it as this has been indeed disappointing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome...it was my first time I experienced pure South Indian food..well some things I really liked about them as mentioned above... Onion masala dosa was really yummy..dosa was very crispy and ingredients was fresh.. presentation of food was also awesome..I desert...Rawa kesri was very tasty..I had first time this kind of desert.. overall we ate alot and spent around 1019 rupees..so that was worth for that food...so I would like to recommend this place..I will visit this place next time with Family..I would like thanks krishna and team for good service.. thanks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality is good. Sometimes there is a delay in services but if I have to rate the overall experience, it's a nice place to eat south Indian. Idli chaat and dahi vada are a must try.
As compared to other outlets of sagar ratna, this one has a better interior.

Sagar Ratna toh we all know and the food is mostly if not always very good. However this particular outlet is excellent. The food never disappoints here.

The bad experience with thali was the sweet jamun served was not fresh and was hard from inside. Even after telling to replace they didn't.

I have been there multiple times and I try different food everytime.
Personally recommend:-- north indian ved Deluxe Thali.
Also South Indian thali is tasty.
Prices are very reasonable and staff is very polite and courteous.
