★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They served meat chunks in veg Biryani. I am pure vegetarian for sacred reasons and their deed has hurt me beyond words. They claimed it was "mistake". Even if I were to believe their words, one can understand their hygiene level and separation of veg and non veg food preparation. Utterly disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst biryani you can eat in cyberhub. We ordered dum biryani and they served us biryani without any masala and salan, when we showed them quality they tried to offer salan. Had to throw it away.

We ordered kabab, biryani and paneer sizzlers and taste is so amazing.
Quality over quantity is their motto.
Their menu is very brief and everything is worth trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biryani blues has good simple biryani. The biryani they serve is aromatic n fragrance flavourful rice, authentic herbs and spices with caramelized onions. I prefer both Hyderabadi and Lucknow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The cashier talked to me very rudely. Your staff doesn't have knowledge to talk and greet customer. Talk in a weird way which I found very strange. Your biryani blues has a tuesday offer, one biryani with the other free, but when I asked about the offer in this store, they flatly refused.
2. If we talk about quantity, it was very less. If I talk about other Biryani Blues stores in Delhi, then the quantity was much less than that.
3. The rice was not cooked well and the chicken smelled as if it was not cooked properly.
You should hire good staff in your store and pay attention to the quantity and taste of food. If there is such staff then this store will also be closed soon. Feed the customer well, the customer is God, after all, you must have heard it. Hope you will pay attention.
