Non vegetarians will have a blast here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good and nice ambience. Customer service is very nice. In one of my recent visit, I pointed out that the food I cold and not at right temperature, Ms. Nega took it very seriously and apologized and provided the food again in proper temperature and right attitude.

Staff was friendly. This place is bit crowded and that's the reason we got our order after 35 minutes. Food was really good. The place had 5-6 type of their famous sauces and not the entire range. The food was totally worth the price.
BUT, the washroom was not that clean and tidy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Nando's after a long time ordered the usual chicken with 3 bean salad and corn, well cooked! Also ordered Pita with pulled chicken it was bland very disappointing. But the reason for giving low stars is the service, the staff was stubborn and not friendly. Very average experience.

But cashew curry and rice was not tasted well it tasted sour. Need to improve their gravy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll start with customer service. Unplanned, we visited on Saturday evening. When a particular section with couch was closed.
Tired, I went and sat there since no sign informing the same placed. Immediately, I was asked to move to another place as the section was closed. I being toooo tired and literally wanted to sit on the couch, requested if I can. And the staff literally understood. So for me, that was definitely a very very warm thing.
Coming to food, I had peri peri chicken on the bone along with peri peri wedges. Food was as usual amazing, perfectly grilled and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently ordered a veg burger from this place. Packaging was ok but the taste and quality was very bad. The patty was tasteless and the bread was very chewy. Sauce was ok. Any normal street side vendor makes better burger than this big chained restaurant. They should discontinue their veg burger and focus only on chicken.
