★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less known and popular gate. We started our safari at 6:30 on 1/1/21, within 10 mins we spotted a family of tigers eating their meal (huge sambar deer). We spend theer for almost half an hour yo get closer view of such rare incident. I'll upload more photos after some cleaning to get a better feeling of that moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mamla Gate is the best Safari Gate to enjoy the safari in natural way , as other gates are getting populated. This is best Safari option to view the wild life including tigers in their natural habitat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very good buffer gate. Tiger sighting is totally matter of luck. This is buffer zone. You will get tea and light snacks here in early morning on a stall. This has public washroom which is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful Jungle, I visited here on 10 December in morning session. Jungle was lush green but if you talk of animals, they are hard to locate due to this dense forest.
We saw Bison, Sambhar but Tiger was hidden though we found fresh pugmarks at two places.
We were told there that if we are keen to see animals only, April and May are better months. In my view this time is best for beauty of forest, very refreshing air and ideal climate.

Mohrli gate is bit commercialized.
Mamla gives you actual safari experience with very forest area and also tiger sighting. We have seen rakka tiger during safari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is buffer zone but I got lucky and spotted 3 Tigers at the same time..
The Guide was great and driver was skilled, they traced the pug marks and territory markings of Tiger and spotted three Tigers(1 Tigress and her 2 Cubs)
Near by to Chandrapur.
