I have a great experience working with the CRM team (especially Shirley). They are very responsive and always available for all short of clarification/questions. The process was really smooth. I am really happy with service i received from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have Good structure and best location but reason behind giving 3 star is -
1. Very very very High Pricing
2. Very small size of flats
3. They introduced moveable wall but if you are asking 3bhk they will present you 2bhk itself and say that there will be moveable wall which make rooms very small and saffosticated.
4. The area is covered by RGA tech park High raise building so you have to take flat in higher floors which they have extra charges which is huge.
5. They just say all corners fulls and don't even talk about it.
6. They have raised pricing thrice with in 1 month of time period because this property is next to RGA tech park.
Nice location + main road property + appreciation of property will be there but have these issues

I have visited twice to the site. The 2nd visit was for negotiation.
I experience bad behavior from Mr. Rajesh(Manager). As per him the booking amount 2 Lakh is peanut for the them. If it is very less amount they should only sell yo commercial or company, no customer need the favor.
Second about the negotiation part he told not to ask for 50 k or 60 k amount as negotiation. I felt like they express like dont beg for 50k or 60k as it is not vegetable market. This is not a way of conversation.
He negotiated only 70 to 80k, then how come 2 lakh is peanut for them. He could have negotiated upto 2 lakh. Now the 70 or 80k amount not peanut for them. The Mana builders also started their project from economic flats. They should not compare them as A class builder.
About house, the sq ft size is very less as per price. None of flats has complete privacy. They are in main road that is good. Metro yet not planned for the Sarjapura road. As per plan only railway will connect from Heelalige to Bellandur via Carmelaram station and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They showed the demo flat which looks ok but when we asked for original flat like which is under construction they told they need to take special permission for it to show the flat !!! Sales person keep insisting us to talk about pricing and finalized the flat without even seeing the original flat.
Wasted 2hrs but couldn't see the original flat .
Even they tell it's 1159 sqft flat will get 659 sqft because in 1159 we need to consider lobby and common area lift area.
Couldn't understand their logic.plz do proper investigation before buying it!!
