★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building face was well upgraded, but system was poorly upgraded. Don't even have gpay. Process of running between counters for cash, card payments,receipts, appointments etc is similar to typical govt hospitals. While prescription medicines will be for a month or more, free followup consultancy is only 3 days. I think its kind of business than service. How else a 3 day followup can be expected unless emergency treatments?

Hi I had a very nice experience when we visited for hospital.
Supervisor Sathish was very friendly and caring so much
Narayanappa BJ was best taking care
Very warm and friendly staffs & doctors,
Good Service was in 10th floor thanks a lot for staff .
And food Service was very good by

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best hospital in Bangalore.service is pretty good.if you visit this make sure you make a I'd card from manipal and next time it will help you that what was your last problem,what are the medicine you have taken,actually the card will keep your all info which been treat in manipal. There is all the department. People from forging communities there is a benefit point for them,there is a money exchange counter(just next to the entrance/security check point).it can help who wants to exchange money.best part is they don't take much comission..(20 USD =1435INR )you will get easily 1430 at least..as the dollar value is big,less comission they will take...if you see the treatment-the doctor are really awesome..there treatment is so good that people come from everywhere.but it is a bit of expansive hospital..there is also temple and canteens available inside and outside as well...this all thing makes manipal hospital more special

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of the most easiest day I have ever spent in Hospital. Believe me, we had to meet atleast 7times different doctors and it was all done smoothly by GRE department - Ms. Maria Deepa.
She is excellent in handling Guest and understanding their concern and problem.
I highly recommend you all to ask for Ms. Maria Deepa as she can handle things smoothly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful, easy to find, first go for new candidate registration Rs 250.
Then go for which dept you wanted. Caridio dept 1st floor. Ent -1 floor . Cardio dr rate rs 900 , echo rate Rs.3100, TMT rate rs 3100, ENT DR RATE RS. 750 OTHERS TEST OF ENT RS.1300.
Almost Each and every treatment done here with in limited time, you get all information in manipal app available in play store, very clean all staff very helpful, inspite of different languages they can easily help you, full of bengali staffs and bengali patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not necessarily a great hospital. Has good care. But poor way that it is available to the common man. Was scheduled for an appointment at 2:40. Been waiting for 3 hrs to meet the doctor. While walk ins who have arrived after me were allowed without a question. I mean this asides I myself working at this hospital from time to time. The staff are good. The facilities offered too. But the way it is handled and also offered is pathetic at best.
