Not my first visit here . Quick appointment fixing via app, follow up via phone from them .Dr Meenakshi not avbl. Chose Dr Farooqi for consultation. Quick attending once I reached the clinic . Overall fixed my dental issue .

I gave the urine sample for culture and sensitivity. After 3 days, the test report came and the doctor said the sample is contaminated. So, do the test again. Gave the sample again. And after 3 days, the clinic is not able to locate the report. Call centre is giving the clinic number. When I call the clinic, they are not picking up the call. Planning to visit the clinic tomorrow to check the report. If not, will try to get a refund and give the sample in another diagnostic centre.

Worst experience ever. The management and doctors are horrible, don’t have sense of time neither do they respect other’s time. They don’t have clue about the number and sequences of appointments. I booked an appointment for Dr Swapna, they kept postponing the appointment time 3 times. The queue of patients got too long until the doctor arrived. Finally they said the doctor won’t be able to accommodate any more appointments for the day.

Pathetic service! The doctors maybe good here but the adminstration and management is very unprofessional. I made a booking and upon reaching the clinic I was told that the doctor isn't available and they had tried reaching me. I had received no calls and my phone was active during the time. This is not the kind of experience expected from a brand like Apollo. The person at the reception didn't even have the courtesy to apologise for the inconvenience. You need to learn to treat your customers better.

The regular health checkup started off as a bad experience. I wasn't told exactly where to go and how long it will take. I believe I ended up waiting more than I should have. After the conclusion of the tests and leaving the clinic, I got call saying they missed conducting some tests and missed filing some paperwork. This further degraded the experience. Joseph who works at this clinic stepped in. He understood all the problems and more than rectified them. He was able to coordinate the left over tests by sending nurses home and also got the form filed at home. So, thanks to Joseph, what could have been a pretty poor experience, ended being an overall good one.

The doctor was not informed about appointments so had to wait for an hour, not the doctors fault though. Staff at reception did not inform doctor neither did they tell the patients the real waiting time. Biggest problem was all staff at reception were without mask, rare sight at clinics and hospitals where the staff is even in ppes. Consultation was good, doctor was very helpful but rest of the things can be managed better.

There are many things that is part of customer service. 1. Respect, please don’t expect it here. You are a customer and not a patient when you enter this centre. 2. Equipment’s, eye specialist is not provided with relevant devices but you will still be charged as per your package. Reason, you had a 45 seconds consultation with the doctor. Also receptionist, has no answer when question and stare at you face as if they ask for next question. 3. Dentist consultation, the consultation was for exactly 45 seconds. Always recommending us to take a separate consultation for analysis. They why did you offer the master health checkup package? 4. Report quality, on a low quality A4 sheet and not on their letterhead. Very cheap. 5. X-ray, the X-ray is not given but only the analysis from the technician and not a doctor. 6. Master healthcare package has stool test but none of the staff is bothered to let the patient for advise, but it’s charged in the package. Overall, it was the worst experience. Did not expect this in Apollo centre.

Well this place provides good diagnostic solutions. I went here for taking my booster dose of Covaxin. Looks like the front desk is pressurised and I felt pity for them. They need more people to handle the crowd. However I was able to get the vaccine within 1 hour of waiting. Facility is clean and neet with proper seating. Front desk seemed little rude but then they were tired I guess.
