β β β β β Opened account in PNB, HSR within your a week of its Inaugurationi in the BDA complex. Recently it has shifted out of BDA complex to a better premises near Rasaganga. Service was excellent and the staff had a very good rapport with customers. But over the past two years the service has declined to a pathetic level. This branch needs to wake up and deliver so that customers sre retained.

β β β β β The staffs were awesome in their work and had a wonderful experience getting my queries solved. One thing to be noted is the bank s no longer in BDA location as mentioned in map. It has been shifted to a building 50meters from BDA.

β β β β β Very bad customer support. I want to change my home branch from HSR to Banaswadi, which is closer to my house. I filled form, submitted and received message in the evening stating that my branch is transferred from HSR to Banaswadi. So the next day I went to the Banaswadi branch to apply a debit card, surprisingly my branch is transferred to TC palya. They don't know their branch code and asking the customer. Ghossh! They don't really deserve one star too.

1. No seating provided for the customers
2. Delay in responding to the customers
3. From manager till staff same behaviour (no response, pls wait pls wait pls wait)
4. Worst experience with even a office boy? (they using office boy for welcoming the new customers) at least they should give him the basic training on giving correct forms for account opening.
5. Kindly requesting existing customers and new customer to look for some other options.
