★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it is indeed the go-to place for tests and checkups, I really wish they would put in a little effort to bring in operational efficiencies. The hospital shouldn't feel like a fish market after all the anxiety it brings on!

Past two days we are trying to reach Lab on the phone number provider by the department.
Either it's busy or they won't pick up call.
Really pathetic management.
Manipal Hospital has lab portal as well as app, why can't they upload it there directly or manage the status from there

Same day the review was posted. I got call from the Customer Service regarding the matter.
Executive understood the issue and tried to resolve the same.
Department/reception created lot of confusion which could be easily handled.
