I was always worried about my future and sometimes this worry was unnecessary. My behavior used to change according to the mood. Because of this, I used to get very upset. Gradually I started feeling emotionally disturbed over small things. I used to get hurt many times from my friends and family. There was sadness and emptiness in life. Did not feel like talking to anyone. My parents consulted the psychiatrist for my problem. I got treatment there for 2 months which made me feel much better. But at the time of lockdown, I again started feeling like before. In such a situation, I started taking online therapy on manochikitsa. This was the first experience of online counseling for me which was much better. I feel very emotionally stable now and sometimes whenever I feel that overthinking is dominating me, then I turn to online therapy.

I am SSC aspirant. My educational background is B.Com from Delhi university. My mathematics and reasoning skills are better, so I started preparing for SSC exams to get a government job. There was a lot of confidence in the beginning but gradually the level of anxiety started increasing in me. Uncontrollable negative thoughts come to mind again and again. My attention was mostly directed towards the negative aspects. Concentration in studies was also reduced. I felt that I had depression. There was not much information about counseling. I got information about online counseling from Facebook and started taking counselling session on manochikitsa. Online counseling is affordable here. I have taken 5 sessions so far. I am not saying that everything has become normal but there is a lot of change in the perspective of looking at the situation. Counseling has helped me a lot in channelizing thoughts. Life is slowly coming back on track.

I am a financial independent women. I have been married for 3 years. Everything was going well in married life but there were ongoing conflicts between me and my husband regarding roles and responsibilities. For this reason, misunderstanding was also being created between us. We are a nuclear family. So I approached a professional advice and opted for online marriage counseling. This decision proved effective for both of us. Due to passive communication and situational barriers, the train which was getting off the track is moving back in the right direction and hopefully it will continue like this. I am preparing for UPSC exam in Delhi. I was feeling stress, depression and anxiety for a long time due to long study hours and personal reasons. And I tried many ways to cope up with all these problems but I was not able to get myself out of this depressed mental state. For this reason I decided to visit the nearest counseling psychologist or clinical psychologist. But due to hesitation in mind, i never went to any counselor for a session. When the problem started interfering with my daily life too much, I opted for online therapy and started taking online counseling sessions on manochikitsa. This experience was like re-learning for me. We already know a lot about ourselves, but we are not able to express all this ourselves. Expressing yourself in a non-judgmental platform with a professional is definitely beneficial. Also cognitive behavioural therapy is also a better way to restructure your thought process. I am feeling much better now.

Ms.Malik was well-versed in her domain of counselling. She tried her best in helping me with my issue and she is better than other counsellors I have met regarding my problem. But still maybe because my problem was quite severe or it involved multiple factors & stakeholders that I could not get the result that I was expecting

I never fail on my commitments and continuously keep them informed about the challenges I incur but still, I was not able to feel satisfaction in life. My sister had symptoms of depression. She was undergoing treatment at IBHAS. But it was not possible to go there because of COVID. I checked several online counseling websites and finally booked an appointment on the Manochikitsa Online Counseling website. This charge is much lower than other sites. A session minimum of 1 an hour is taken and a clinical psychologist is also available. I needed a female psychologist for my sister. And for that clinical psychologist assigned. Her condition was getting worse due to lock down but now she is better than before. Along with counseling, medicine is also going on which was prescribed by the psychiatrist of IBHAS . Overall our experience at Manochikitsa has been good.

Manochikitsa is the best online counseling website I ever had. I have seen a few counselors over the months, and have never been able to connect, and open up. I have taken a session with clinical psychologist on Manochikitsa. She is so helpful and approachable. She has so many words of wisdom that have stayed with me and helped me to apply them to everyday life. I am now a Happy Person!
