★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. From technician to workshop manager, no one here is knowledgeable enough to identify the actual problem. Just took my activa there for some repairs and since it was not purchased from their dealership, they managed to solve the problem somehow but it just got worse after 4 days and now they are suggesting me to get it repaired outside or a local garage. I strongly not reccomend this showroom. Visit only If you want to waste your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ACTIVA-4G, Regn No. GJ-18 DA 9199 and I 'm going regular service through Mansi Honda Agency, Vastral, Ahmedabad. This agency provides excellent service at regionable price, & all staff good behaviour with customers.

Preodic services are good but technician are not well skilled.
I had engine oil leakage issue,
Which I told them to repair on every periodic service but seems no results till date.
Customer hopes on company service but the service we get at this centre is truly disappointing,
I prefer to go for service at Honda service centre at Soni ni chali which is just 5 km away from this centre
So I suggest every Honda customer to get service at different centre
On the other side Sales deppartment is well skilled so If you prefer to get a vehicle you are most welcome but for sevice I don't recommend this centre.

Yesterday i gave my Activa for service because of some technical issue.
And my total amount of bill is 738rs but they said me your bill is 888rs. When they saw their mistake in bill even than they are not refund my 150rs back and said me we gave u in next service.
Even they lost my foot mate and said that there is no foot mate in Activa
When I gave my Activa in service petrol is half in Activa. When they return my Activa from service there is no petrol to for petrol pump also.
It means the service from Mansi Honda is 10th class not 3rd class.
No one solve my problem. No one care about customer satisfaction.
