Service quality not good... and washing quality all most not good ... without washing my vehicle looking good.. ?? I am very very dissatisfied. And I also do same day washing in local garage..

They daily call me for activa service, and i daily reject their call. You just imagine they are building empires by serviceing your activa. Management need to learn some etiquettes that once denied for service, they should not behave like beggers. Even begger goes away once denied. They are trying to out perform beggers. May you be the best begger showroom in the world .

Never purchase amc for service. Bike service was not good. Staff behaviour also not ok.

Very Bad experience. Salesman doesn't respect the customers. Underestimate the customers. Also after sales service is poor.. One time I realise that,My Activa parts was changed in routine service.

I have visited service center for free service of my vehicle Grazia GJ27-CJ2804. while taking it inward everything was perfect and it was a routine service. I received msg saying your vehicle is ready after service, but when i went to take delivery of my vehicle i found that my vehicle was not serviced properly and few parts were unfitted and were loose, i complained for the same and didn't take the delivery. Again I received msg saying my vehicle is ready for delivery but when i visited the service station to my surprise things were more worse than before. I dropped the idea of taking the delivery and complained to the customer service for the same. 1 years 25 visited same problem .
