Stay Away from this project if you really want to save your hard earned money ..
Don't get fooled looking at five start given, it may be by the fake people who may be from Mantra itself.
Not professional in refunding money after cancellation of flat.
Look for other good options from other projects which are professional and committed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't prefer to buy flat in Mantra Monarch or recommend to buy.
I had booked flat in mantra monarch in 2020 and paid 45000/- for booking amount. But due to covid-19 and lockdown conditions my company cut salary by 50% for April, May and June so, I keep it my flat on hold. Told Mantra people's to to return my money or hold flat for again 2-3 months. But they themselves cancel my booking in July 2020 and refuse to return my 45000/- due to pandemic I requested them but they did not consider my request.
In this pandemic situation if your builder do not consider your request then if any matter related to water, electricity or maintenance then he will definitely not consider your request.
In future when I will have money then definitely I won't book flat in mantra monarch though their price would be very cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello all, Just wanted to make everyone aware about this project.
The possession is after 4 years (Jun 2024) (they will assure you we will give possession before that) but keep in mind there are 5 towers !
The workers are still not there if you see.
They get extra 6 months or 12 months officially from government for possession (in case of natural disaster or pandamic situation.) So it can delay extra 1 year. (I am a civil engineer by profession & I am sure this project is surely going to be delayed by atleast 1 year)
There is high tension tower near project 100 mtrs.
River is near by , that can be a problem.
If you book an apartment ,you will have a hard time getting refund. (Mostly you will not get it , their policy is different which they will not tell obviously)
They have advertised it everywhere & so hiked the prices.
There are other good projects in this area which offer 2 years possession and better price.
Otherwise project is okay, think wisely before investing hard earned money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is good best value for money premium property in Balewadi. Located with good connectivity. High tension is there but they have kept a proper distance of more than 25 meter between buliding and line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are after your hard earned money.Wont return your booking amount which they cancelled themselves during lockdown.
Dont go for project this is less than 100 m from river bed,which overflows in rainy season.Also High tension line ll be passing less than 50 feet from last tower.
They fool people by offering low price and giving late posession 2025 as per rera but will fool saying 2023 march.(greater than 5 years back in 2020).
No one can wait for 5 to 6 long years. So if u try to cancel they will not return ur booking amount of 45 to 50k.

Have a look at the sample flat pics .
There are 2 balconies one in hall and another in bedroom.
Just the hall size is a bit small.
The area is very good will surely develop as nearby metro is going to start soon and in on Mumbai-Pune Highway is the plus point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear All, its a great project and great location (Near Balewadi highstreets and google company). You have all the amenities and facilities including best security and duplex flat which is on TOP floor with nice view
I have checked duplex flat in Baner/Balewadi but not available and Huge road outside. I am very happy with the Sales team as they have been available for all the queries and help. I was concerned about location and possession as this was my first home and a big amount of investment but Shivani Chopra from sales team who cleared my doubts. Kudos to them! The construction quality looks good they are giving possession before given possession date that's very important.
