The rooms are worst
Food is disaster everything they served is not fresh and was smelling.
The service is just utter. The Staff are not pleasing or convincing.
Over all I won't suggest this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I had in 30 years, booked rooms for 5 days, left the place 2nd day, due extreme poor service. They provided torn towels, room wasn't cleaned before allotting, when asked for drinking water at night it was served next morning. Every complaint at reception was responded with "sorry". Complimentary teabags not refilled ne t morning. In room TV has limited telegu channels, you can't chose your preferred channels. On asking room service to take orders for dinner, someone responded, "I will call back" and never did. It seems they thrive on banquet bookings. Complimentary breakfast is ok. There are 2 popular banquets, in the adjacent building. The decor is good, has a restaurant. Food is good and so is the quantity per plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantras hotel has good vibes. The staff is excellent polite and helpful. They provide early check-in. The Interior and cleanliness of the hotel were awesome. Locality area is also good, easily anyone can take an auto. The food was top quality.
