★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super good staff. Helpful and polite. Only thing is they need to be told about their discount and voucher schemes in detail. The instructions to be blamed bcoz the catch is written in fine print. Next time when you shop you will get discount of 35 percent if you buy goods worth 14k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only if i could give a 0 rating! Absolutely pathetic staff. First they say yes for home delivery then they made me wait forever to confirm if they can do home delivery or no! I asked to add an extra button to my 2 nightsuits and they denied to do so unless I pay extra for it despite of me asking them to put any coloured button as I was in an urgent need of those night suits for my maternity hospital visit as I was due any day! It's not like I am asking for free service, I spent almost 10k and they couldn't even put in a button! The tailor came and told me that he will charge 100 bucks per piece extra and the manager said 50 bucks per piece! What the hell! Really pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous! Bought two chinos which needed alteration. The tailor wasn't available so was asked to come the next day. On the next day, the tailor wasn't available again and the trousers were messed up and was asked to come again. No help from management. Azim the duty manager there was of no help.

Lots of space for parking.
Great experience shopping here.
Good place to bring kids here as well.
There’s a wheelchair accessibility and there’s wheelchair parking available. No valet parking. You will have to park yourself. Cars and bikes endless space free parking. It’s pretty big space lots of options in clothings. It’s easily seen from far far away. If you’re reading this then I want to say thank you ? for your lovely time. In case you happen to see me shopping here then do come over and say hi ? to me.

Security staff are not at all WELCOMING, anyways I had to buy clothes so I ignored but later found that M&S staff too were very little laid back and collections at M&S socks comaisering their pricing..
Trust me guys I can buy better and more variety at Shoppers stop..
You guys really stuck at it and worse it has portrayed M&S doesn't care for its customers
