★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services.. These people don’t care of your time at all. They will make you wait for 2 hours while dropping the car. Even when the car is ready after service, they will not bother to tell you to pick up and again make you wait for 2 hours. Staff will keep on calling you daily 4 times when service is due however when it comes to their actual services in the workshop, the team will not have any interest in your car, your presence, your time.
This is the classic example of bad time/people management. This is the 4th time I am experiencing this and hence couldn’t help myself but give 0 stars.
