★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice facility for nexa var servicing, advisors are really friendly and helping. Mechanics are good at their work and get the work done with complete professionalism. Waiting rooms and restrooms are also maintained well. Very happy with my experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got servicing of my Ciaz done today. Its a huge place with ample parking. You do need to book online for getting an appointment for servicing of your car. I had a good experience with them. They have a nice lounge for people to sit. You can watch the activity of the workshop from the lounge. Earlier, they used to serve tea, coffee and cookies while you wait for your car, but now the pantry has been shut due to corona. Bottled drinking water is served now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my car for servicing and they took Two days to deliver with scratches all over and the another day to fix those scratches. On the same day while driving the clutch wire broke ( not sure what type of servicing was done) and then it took them another 4-5 hours to fix that. Then later it was found that cluch wire was lose, engine was making knocking sound which is taking another 2 days for them to fix, yuks!!! Worst service center unprofessional and untrained people don't give your car to them

Very bad experience for Warranty complaint.
But Very good for insurance claim.

They don't have any value for customers time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very poor experience. Mrs Reshma which is Customer head in Nexa wagholi service center she is speaking very rudly and has good experience ti her handle the customer part. Also provide unable to provide timly delivered the my vehicle. Not received any call from her and her team. We have also found they unable to find my vehicle Job card. Its very bad experience today. Now there are change all management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for Maruti car servicing. I stay far from this service center. But I service my car here, as it has big parking space, a lounge and good care of customer is taken care. The staff is decent. 4 star coz I do face mosquito problem every time I visit.
