★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all customer friendly its like they don't need customer. The mechanic and workers are good they talk with you friendly but supervisors are not. They dont attain you until you go and ask them to look into your vehicle. They just focus on you know how they can increase work and parts of the vehicle they attain for their incentives. I havr much greater experience at private workshops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited it yesterday, there were variety of vehicles available there. It's okay, it's there marketing strategy to make us buy a car but we had 3 options to buy at same price of baleno zeta varient, like altroz xz and i20.
They gave us detailed information about baleno and told all pros and cons. & It helped us a lot for making decision.
