Venkataramana Automobiles Khammam give very good sales and after sales service, with my personal experience of many service stations in Hyderabad. Got my car serviced at Concord Motors but was not to my satisfaction and customer care response was also too bad, whereas the same service which I got done at Venkataramana was very good as well as very courteous people.
Venkataramana Automobiles Khammam give best response, committed to quality service with reasonable pricing.

Rambabu, I was reported 5 issues in 2nd free service, but None of them fixed, I would rate this work man worth as in minus,however I do not have -ve marks here, I have never seen such a worst work ever. Pls check with other service center or service advisor.

They never accepted my car, even for general checkup, in the afternoon sessions.
Management should monitor employees working performance every now and then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only warranty vehicles must go, otherwise it is waste of time. This showroom is mainly working for money. All are money minded people. I wasted 2 days time and none of the complaints are resolved.

Their executives always tell some stories and ask you to wait in customer lounge.

No to guide and no manager were responsible ,we have to beg them to take the car for service or complaint .
We have waited for above 1 hour for the mechanic to see the complaint. I never suggest this showroom and service.
I don't have choice in khammam .
There is only one showroom near to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst service experience I had ever experienced,for my tigor 2nd service i.e it means general checkup they just do check liquids, fluids and last do a carwash its all about less than 1hr work,for this they kept us waited 9hrs(10:30am to 7:30pm) that is too with prior appointment. In my point of view I strongly recommend all Tata customers if you have any free services then go for it otherwise please ignore it because they don't value the customers time.
