β β β β β Very sloppy service. Very little coordination among members of the staff. They make customers run around unnecessarily. The management need to train their staff, especially those interacting with customers.

β β β β β Too much time taking as everyday there is rush they should divide the work with other service centres of Maruti. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Lounge area is also good and they offer refreshments when needed unlike other showrooms, after sale service is very responsive

β β β β β service is great, but too much time consuming I entered the workshop at 9:30am they did some regular checkup, pressure wash and foam wash and gave me back my car @12:30pm

β β β β β They should change d staff for sales division,, utterly idiotic behaviour,, they just start comparing with d cars u entered with with thre least model,, really cheap,, didn't say anything to them Bcuz i don't like replying to people who have such attitude,, only thing I could do is never again visit tht particular outlet and even suggest my people not to visit it in future, thank u Maruti Suzuki Durgapur for such wonderful welcome
