β β β β β My Car Wakad, Pune - A very Worst Place to Purchase your precious Car. Very worst service right from Car Booking to One year 3rd Free service. Very worst careless behaviour from Sales persons. Mr. Dattaray Gunjal (GM-Sales) of Sales has no control over sales persons. Mr. Rajshekhar (GM - Service) has no control over the Service adviser. Service Advisers have zero knowledge, they even don't know about how to speak to your customers. They are just interested in numbers. Cutomer Care is zero. if you care & love for your Car don't visit My Car, Wakad, Pune Branch.

β β β β β Worst service by Wakad My car service center. The external cleaning was so bad , grease and marks everywhere. Even the shoe marks on the seats before handover were not cleaned. External work was so bad I cant imagine what mechanical work they have done . When I asked for the wheel alignment and balancing reports nothing was given to me . The service guy Arjun who said that atleast he will get the external cleaning done again is not picking up my calls and rather has blocked me. This is till date my worst experience at a maruti center. Worst worst worst. Better go to SAI SERVICE .

β β β β β That was really good experience. Earlier we visited other dealer of MS. But here we had proper customer oriented experience. The ave some good action items if we book the car. They take care of small small thing which gives delight to customer. Also they have very great transperancy level when it comes to booking status. We had very good experience here. Must visit for nexa and arena models.
