Supervisor and driver not aware of policies and procedures. Zilch value of the current situation or concern of customer service. FYI, looks like the rest positive posts seem posted by the employees themselves.

Your labour charges are more.
Next time I will prefer local garage for servicing of my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with my friend Sukanya Gaikwad for her first servicing of Celerio, problem related to car cleared in satisfactory manner. Only problem is AC was switched off in customer lounge, we were feeling very suffocated as no AC or open window in Customer lounge. When asked manager about issue he said there is no need of AC. Very poor service towards customer. Zero hospitality services. Shared AC photo, you can see AC is switched off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Labour charges higher than any other maruti suzuki service centres. They don't bother about customer satisfaction. They tend to keep cars for longer duration unnecessarily and most of the staff are not prompt. This particular service centre has the worst cleaning staff. They are so unwilling to do their job that you feel you could have done it better, and the supervision upon these section is very poor. Even if you point out where they lack, they give lame excuses. Next time onwards going to a different location for sure!
