I was looking for plot nearby Laxmi/Bhumker chowk in surrounding area. I checked many websites, checked many posts on different forums but did not fulfill my need. I am a office worker guy, busy at office work, Hardly get time for such thing, Living & working in Mumbai, It was a big difficult task for me for site visit. Overall site was as per my requirements and budget. I had lot of questions and doubt regarding Paper work, registration process, what documents they will provide me etc. I bring all my concern to Vijay Mahajan( head of Benchmark Devlp) notice, they assured me that their all project are legal, clear title ,genuine seller and not a single dispute on any Project. They told whole documentation, registration process, Index2, stamp duty etc. Initially I was quite nervous not sure what to do either buy the plot or not, Hence I Kept the project in watchlist, Alternately kept in touch with Vijay M. I called multiple times, Visited site twice or thrice. They also kept a follow up with me. I have checked with my cousin who lives in pune since last 1 decade, He also checked with his friends who also bought the plot from Benchmark, overall they all give good review about Benchmark Devlp. Finally I decided to buy the plot. Discussed with my parents, visited the site with family once again they also liked the plot. This time we went to Vijay's Office to finalize the deal, Negotiate the price, they offered us a good deal, locked the deal and scheduled the registration date, As we are from Mumbai, not quite familiar with Pune route & traveling habit also 2 ladies were from my family. Vijay picked Up us from his office and dropped us at registrar office, all registration formalities completed as scheduled I must say thanks to Vijay and his staff, they all were supportive, cooperative.
