★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's easy to spot the Nexa showroom from the road. They have abundant parking space. All the staff is very welcoming and hospitable. The ambience of the showroom is nice. Although, something needs to be done for providing shade outside the showroom for customers, like planting trees perhaps, especially considering the scorching heat of Nagpur. The showroom had all the facilities. The representative was good at his job and we were very comfortable while dealing with him. We were given multiple test drives on long routes and all our queries were answered. I was happy to buy car from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience, excellent place for ur vehicle, the staffs are very caring and hospitality is outstanding, I met Mr. Ajay, he is very kind and gentle, very helpful to the customer, a very nice person and a real asset for the "Seva" organization.
My vehicle met an accident en-route at nagpur in a traffic signal and unfortunately got damaged from font side,
I visit the place at morning 10 o clock and got my vehicle ready at 19:00hrs at the evening, the quantum of repair was generally takes 3-4 days, but due to urgency n I have to go for further destination, Mr. Ajay understand my issue and did excellent efforts to arrange required material and mobilize staffs from other work and continuously chase the work and got it done before 19:00hrs.
If every organization have such dedicated staffs then their will be no reason for the loss.
I thank the dedicated staffs specially Mr. Ajay, Irfan, Raja and subhash for their continuous efforts up to the result and thanks SEVA for their hospitality at customer lounge as well as the canteen staffs, the food available at canteen is really really tasty and home like taste.
I got an accident but the people and organization make it like a trip for me my son n wife..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the changing to Arena you will find many compelling reasons to visit this showroom at least once. My point is self evident from the pics I have uploaded. Everything has been changed now and it’s seems very much customer oriented. You get royal treatment once you step in the showroom.
Must visit this for any Maruti cars.

Sometimes customes feel bit ignored or on waiting when employes attend call in between while discusing with us
No four wheeler parking available
You have to park to roadside
But area will be under cctv , so no problem
Cars are available for test drive
Overall its good
