At 9am they opened the shoo and took my issue on priority understanding my situation. And they have resolved my issue on an 1hr. I deeply appreciate their quick response to my issue. They were very cooperative and resourceful. I'll come back to them for my car whenever I'll need my car to be looked at in Pune.

But the appeal they give is very old style , no tech , no proper guidance on estimates unless and untill you ask them, No one to really attend to the customer properly, at once I felt is it really authorised or some 420 place ;-) but I had dealt with them in the past and know their reputed work during 2005ish so I tolerated their complacent outlook. They really nead to gear up to the technology, proper and professional vehicle registration, Service Guidance, any cosmetic advice and so on if they really want to be in the business of today's competitiveness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited on 5 feb for rattling noise and was greeted well. Also the advisor Shailesh is very cool. And test drive they took and told me exact problem of rattling sound. However x they could not fix it due to workload which is understandable... But I could get it resolved in local garage. Will definitely try their car service next time. Thanks a lot!!
