★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CHEATS STOLE 7 LTRS PETROL. Gave ciaz petrol for fourth service. After long wait was appointed a service advisor. The service advisors are not technicians. They are far from technically sound, are more of a sales person. They fail to understand the problem. And are not clear about what they are suggesting and why are they suggesting.
Anyway, i got the car serviced
Washing and cleaning was not even checked before handing over the keys. Had to give it back for wash and wait. Was promised skimming of breaks by serving advisor, how ever he told that he only ment the disks will be cleaned.
There is at least 7 liters of FUEL STOLEN from my fuel tank ( refer before/after pictures of gauge). Which is theft. In addition billed me for 3.2 petrol used as cleaning material.
Frankly, when i drove it back i did not feel any change. Usually you feel the change in sound of engine, the break sensitivity, the throttle response and that last for at least a week after service. Feeling cheated.
Servicing Cost was 12K. No additional job was done other then periodic maintenance. Cost Inclusive of ac filter change and viper blade change.
Will not recommend this service centre. Please try some other.
