β β β β β I called the service center as my car engine was not starting. Got a response someone will call you back , even after 72 hours no one respond to me. I tried to follow up twice with service center.

do not do any work properly, they do not even do what they said...
And not clean the car proper..... Etc.

β β β β β Provides Maruti car servicing and body work. Located deep inside Reshamsingh Compound, the place is difficult to notice from main road. With too much load there may be a good wait to get the advisor and car ready.

β β β β β Nice place, work quality is an average. But according to market or media info. After warranty service/work is not cheap or reasonable, as Maruti Suzuki is well known for low budget. But charges are same or average like other brands.

β β β β β Bad experience. The service advisor would advise for all the changes to be done. But at the end there is no satisfaction even after spending a huge amount for service. Not even upto the mark. Next time would prefer from the local workshops to get work done in front of the eyes. There were certain places whee the screws were missing in the vehicle, but the mechanic couldn't even check. At the end the advisors are just behind the feedback to be filled, if you rate the low they would just request for a good rating which is the customers wish.

β β β β β My recent experience of getting the some issues resolved on priority was really nice. The service team was good and they even allowed to be on the shop floor with a very kind gesture. I would recommend Mr Gunjan and Mr Ansari for the entire service schedule. When you buy a new Maruti car As a owner I would also point that please check the keys of your vehicle at the time of delivery as it can heavily scratched and they donβt even bother for replacement.
