★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No option to give zero stars hence was forced to give atleast one.. veryy poor services.. overcharging for everything.. we gave our car in insurance claim with zero debt including consumables.. we got into an accident due to which back door of one side was damaged and hence was supposed to be changed.. they removed the panel and changed it with a new one but did not installed the pre-fitted accessories like car door visor, which was removed by them only... secondly they charged us for the car wash which is completely fine but the quality of car wash they did was very low according to maruti standards. Interior of the car was not even wiped with a cloth.. there was dirt all over inside the car.. they were charging us for cleaning cloth and car perfume hanger which was not requested.. Moreover, they call for their feedback and after explaining our concerns to them, they say that we will look into the concerns mentioned but then they do not revert.. i dont believe they raise such issues.. i request the manager of JAYALAXMI AUTO (Maruti) to look into this if not raised to him till now..Consider this ZERO STAR only...
