★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It does not give you expert service of your car like we used to get in the earlier years. The staff is more interested in peddling non essential repairs. The billing too is usually very high for no apparent reason.

They want to repair nothing and replace everything to increase your bill.
I had to send my vehicle thrice to get well extracted out of them.

Tone taken for service is usually on the higher side also they put unnecessary replacements, allingment when you visit for car service, and don't get me start on the prices... battery replacement for ciaz, they are charging Rs. 5,500/- !!!! for this the people there told it is inclusive of service charge for installation... the same battery outside service centre is for Rs. 3500/- inclusive of installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are thugs, for normal service it is fine however if you are planning to get a major service or overhaul then avoid them.
I had a very bad experience with the experts.
I have an Alto k10 2011 model which is just driven 55k, it is currently giving me a mileage of 12 kmpl in the city.
I am a decent guy and do not drive fast nor accelerate very quickly.
Upon recommendation, I replaced my fuel injector, got my service done, overall 10k approx was spent still the baby gave less mileage.
Now the service station team is giving me lame excuses to get the unnecessary work done like:
1. Replace plug sockets (cost 3800)
2. Steering and shocker are a bit rough/tight - this doesn't even impact the mileage.
3. 55k run vehicle which is not even missing while the driving- team is asking to do a clutch replacement and overhaul ( cost approx 10k+)
When i refused to undergo any replacement of the above the y simply said Alto gives only a mileage of 12-14 kmpl in city riding and we can't do anything about it.

Just to inform that I had my car serviced only from their services station since 2010 (year of purchase). No separate discount for being loyal.

My car got damaged due to an accident so went for a cashless claim through policy bazaar.
The staff is very helpful and understood all my concerns.
Servicing was also very up to the mark
