The mosque is one of the oldest mosques in delhi with magnificient engraved calligraphy of quranic scriptures and arbesques. Built in red sandstone the Mosques stands proud in the dargah complex of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya R.a.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very much located in the Hazrat Nizammudin Auliya’s Dargaha complex surrounded by other important shrines including Amir Khusoro’s Mazar. The red stone mosque is beautiful with impressive carving. Entire environment around is peaceful. Mosque which was built by Alluddin Khilji is about 800 years old. Poor used to get free meals. Do not forget to have a look at Baoli located just at the entrance. The entire area is full of rose flowers fragrance. Do visit and feel spirituality around the whole complex. Good day!!
