β β β β β Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya's dargah is a very big & peaceful place,. There is also a mosque in the inner part of the dargah. Along with this, there is also the tomb of a famous Urdu, Fasri and Braj language poet Hazrat "Amir Khushron" who was a very favorite poet of "Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya".

It's a ocean of stories of the every aspect of life Sad, Happy, satisfied, blessed, request etc.The ideal enshrined in the Constitution of India truly displayed here that is secular.one thing special about it Qawwali don't miss it if you get chance thats why I visited this place but fall in to love .

β β β β β Nizamuddin Dargah is the dargah (mausoleum) of the Sufi saint Khwaja Nizamuddin Auliya (1238β1325 CE). Situated in the Nizamuddin West area of Delhi, the dargah is visited by thousands of pilgrims every week.[1] The site is also known for its evening qawwali devotional music sessions. The descendants of Nizamuddin Auliya look after the whole management of dargah Sharif .
Muhammad Nizamuddin Auliya (Urdu: Ψ³ΫΨ― Ω

ΨΨ¨ΩΨ¨ Ψ§ΩΩ°ΫΫβ lit. "Beloved of God") was an Indian Sunni Muslim scholar, Sufi saint of the Chishti Order, and is one of the most famous Sufis from the Indian Subcontinent.[2] His predecessors were Fariduddin Ganjshakar, Qutbuddin Bakhtiyar Kaki, and Moinuddin Chishti, who were the masters of the Chishti spiritual chain or silsila in the Indian subcontinent.

β β β β β If someone asks me, which is the most peaceful place in Delhi?
I say, Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya Dargah.
I am absolutely in love with it, it's a very peaceful place with a lot of stories around it. And when I say a lot it means, A-LOT. When you go there the essence is different, like out of the world. The beautiful fragrance of itra [perfume] is all around the place and in the air. I can spend a whole day over there. You will see people of every age, every religion there. A holy place that unites each and every. BEAUTIFUL FEELING. Must go!

β β β β β The vendors literally scream at you to buy their products. Not a professional way. Don't pay heed to the vendors. Don't get swayed by their manners. Food at some joints is nice... The place however is a bit stinky, walk at your own risk. The lanes are small. But you can buy many things there. Street food can be the main attraction for foodies.

β β β β β It's the dargah of the famous Sufi saint - Nizamuddin Auliya (as the name suggests!)
Many people visit here and feel at peace. A lot of pilgrims often visit too.
When you enter here, you'll find a lot of food stalls in the lane leading to the dargah.
Tip: submit your footwear at the counter right outside the dargah.
When you enter inside, you'll first witness the shrine of famous poet Amit Khusrau, one of the chief disciples of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya.
The beautiful love story (folklore) of the two of them, is something one should hear/ read about!
It's a beautiful place, but it felt somewhat uncomfortable to me due to the overcrowd.
The famous Thursday Quawali has also been discontinued due to some online websites selling bogus tickets for the same, a beautiful night that used to go on for free since generations.
It's worth a visit and witnessing for yourself!
