Sabz Burj ("Green Dome") is an octagonal tomb situated in Mathura Road, Nizamuddin complex, beside Humayun's Tomb, New Delhi. It has been conserved and restored over the last four years using traditional materials and building-craft techniques favoured by 16th century craftsmen. Some Mughal historians consider the Sabz Burj tomb is constructed to be for Fahim Khan, who died in 1626 A.D. He was an attendant to Abdur Rahim Khan during 4th Mughal emperor Jahangir's reign. But others have opined that it was made in 1530–40. The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has renovated the structure. In 2018, the Aga Khan Trust for Culture (AKTC) discovered original 16th century paintings on the ceiling. It requested the ASI to remove cement and tiles from the 1986 restoration in order to restore the original lime that covered it. Complete restoration by the AKTC should be completed by 2020. Now it is an ASI protected monument.

A nice landmark at the Nizamuddin gol chakkar. A marvellous architectural piece. Recently, conservation work is completed by ASI & AGA KHAN TRUST jointly. A beautiful monument. If passing through Nizamuddin area just take a pause and gaze or view. Having written, postered and drawn evidences and descriptions. At night lightings makes it more beautiful. Historical enthusiasts are welcome. This is a part of the series of monuments in Nizamuddin area. All are connected. Must visit one by one. Otherwise, you would miss important parts and history of the city.

And when you see it in night it gives a totally different vibe but you can't go inside the boundary after 6 in the evening

I used to see it while passing through towards Humayun's Tomb or Sunder Nursery. Recently, it's restoration work has been completed. It's an octagonal tomb located on the roundabout in the Nizamuddin complex, which you can spot when you walk towards Humayun's Tomb. There are contrasting opinions about it's exact historical tracing- who built it and when. There are different stories. The entry is free but I'm not sure whether they're currently allowing visitors. Although it's a tomb, there's no grave inside. It is a historical and cultural site, nevertheless.
