★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the place with my friends.Food and ambience is really awesome.Prices compare to other japenise restaurant is very reasonable. Specialy want to mention about staffs,they are very kind and helpful.I found very dedicated service during my dining time.A very big thank you to Mr.Samrat who is manager of this restaurant for creating a memorable dining experience .Keep up with the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a painful experience. First the waitresses says oh you're vegetarian we have nothing here. Who says something like that to a customer, especially when you have enough options. Had to ask for even water to get served. Then keeps pointing at the wrong dishes when there is clear red vs green marked. No soba available. Then chaos on the dineout process. Food was great esp the salad maki, but doubt we will go back again. Service makes all the different when dining out !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese style restaurent which is very quite. There was no crowd on Sunday night and no music as well. The place looks a bit dated. Food served is authentic Japanese. We went there mainly for sushi and felt there were not too many options to choose from. The sushi we orderd was however very good. Over all I found the place just OK. The place wasn't lively and the ambience was a bit dull. Maybe I was there on a wrong day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese food always makes me happy..especially when authenticity is prioritized above everything. Matsuri by Chancery Hotels is an outstanding example. Lovely ambience and impeccable food. I still fail to remember when was the last time I had a Miso ramen so good so flavourful and so much umami..Chicken Nanban and Matsuri Maki (a house special). A green tea to start your dinner can't be more satisfying. Thank you to the entire team for making this a memorable experience.
