★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so im giving 4 stars because things can be a bit more smoother but they're doing best with the resources that they have... so i had my medical done on 26/02/2022.
The first very best thing of this medical center is that the booking staff is really co-operative. My classes are to start by 15th march and my file was lodged on 20 feb so i was in a hurry to book my appointment and anywhere i went they gave me the closest date of 8th march so i was concerned about the delay then the call attender at max medcentre delhi suggested me to keep calling and ask for any cancellation so i can take that slot so i did and i finally got my appointment reschedule to 26 feb whereas the appointemnt i booked was on 14th march.
So my appointment was at 9:00 am and i reached at the centre at 8:35am
(if you want to save time, instead of getting off at lajpat nagar metro station get an exit at moolchand metro station)
so i was sitting at the waiting, they asked for my documents then i was sent off to first floor where i had to wait 10 more mintues till the receptionist arrived and he checked my docs again and asked me to wait for billing so i did and after billing i was sent at the other counter for photograph then i was sent off to urine sample- eye checkup- xray. All these three test were done withing 20 minutes and then i was made to wait for 40-45 minutes till the doctor took the files and because i was the first candidate, he called me in and asked for basic medical history of surgery, medication and anything major in past and because i had nothing he asked me to submit my file to reception so i did and i was free to go... so overall this was an hassle free procedure unlike max mohali and sps ludhiana. I would highly recommend people to get their medicals done here.
PS- the cost of medical test for Australia student visa is 5970/- on 26.02.2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there at 10am for UK Immigration checkup and got the certificate within 2 hours. The process was well organised, staff were helpful in answering queries. At that time, there was moderate crowd.
Fee charged was ₹2650, which can be paid via cash or credit card / debit card. The entire process has been explained in the review by 'Abhishek kumar'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is nice and clean, but is quite expensive at the same time. For medical exam for Canada student visa they charged me around 6,650 whereas in Sadhu Vaswani they charge something around 4,000. Also, the waiting is a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services offered here are good. Few points to keep in mind are:
1. Reach around 15 minutes before your appointment, even if you come early you won’t be permitted.
2. Right from the submission of first document (your passport copy and your basic details), it takes another 15-20 minutes to get your payment done.
3. After your payment, you will be called for your medical, it will take another 15-20 minutes to get your medical done.
4. Once you’re through with your medical, you will be handed over the report after 10-15 minutes.
5. Check your details on the report and confirm with them (give your photograph to them now).
6. They will hand over the final report to you with your photograph.
The entire process takes 1-2 hours, as it’s the centre for many countries medical examination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was smooth but the photo process took more than 90 minutes which was unexpected. You’ll only be needing your Passport + Photocopy and the covid report. No more documents are required. Price was 6950. It took around 3.5 hours which can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve zero star. After spending 40 mins for payment, they asked me to sit for more than 1 hour for registration. Even after requesting multiple time, the registration person simply said that I should have asked him for the medical as registration was done earlier. This place is super crowded, no social distancing at all. Additionally they have opened the food court and people are eating while waiting with zero social distancing. Some authority should visit this place and correct the things that how they are giving thousands of appointment each day in such a small place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a horrible place to visit, there is no social distancing here. So many appointments are given for a small space. Nurses who collect samples do not mind getting rude with applicants. There is an average waiting time of 30 time for billing, filling forms etc. Sample collection took only 20 minutes which is the real reason for this visit. USA , CANADA and other country embassies should visit once to see if they would give their samples at this centre. It’s called Max MedCentre but MedCentre is spelled wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my medical today (25th feb 2022) and let me tell you it's really hectic. I had an appointment at 11am, but it took everything almost 4 hours. There was an insane amount of crowd barely any social distancing, although, people were wearing masks. If you have an option to get your medical done from a different hospital do yourself a favor and take it, it was awfully hard for me to stay there for so long. The staff is decent although some did sound a bit frustrated due to the rush but that's acceptable. Overall, a decent experience.
