The sales person Aarthy was very courteous and provided the demo for the productsI needed and explained in detail with the differences in each model which helped me decide the right product for my Kid. I was very happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend this place for all whoever need nursery items for their kids

When ever we go she explains each and every product clearly and makes sure everything is fine. Really happy to shop there because of the response and customer service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. They don’t give shopping bags when we buy large items or make some heavy purchase. And they don’t tell this upfront to the customer also. Not all customers come in four wheeler nor they come to Jayanagar only for shopping here.
You must have some empathy and a sense of consideration for the customers who come and shop here.
PLS MAKE SOME AMENDS TO YOUR WAY OF SERVING CUSTOMERS!!
