★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the first time i had no issues with Clumax n Mr. Deeraj was very clear in his terms as to what is working n what not in order to avoid conflicts. All the test were done quickly. Few machines were not working but they had no clue when it will be fixed n gave a time frame of ten days n above. They need to work on fixing such things on priority n not delay like this to avoid waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and top class service provided by the staff here. We visited for pregnancy scanning and Doctor Varsha was very pleasant and calm and helpful in answering queries. Receptionists were very courteous and assisted us in all the queries we had. The entire scanning and other test procedure was done in a smooth manner and periodically staff will come and update you or check on you as to whether everything is fine. Entire area is clean with ample area for waiting. There is parking space for 4 wheeler and two wheeler and the entry is at the side road. Security at the entrace is also a nice person. They will upload all the scan results to their website. Website does need some improvements w.r.t user experience. Overall it has been a great experience here. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even try to come here, there are other local clinics with faster service and open hands to serve, worst ever experience waited here for 1.5hrs just to know that they had misplaced my prescription and they don't even know I had been there an hour before and fasting, had told me to sit and wait upon arrival at the reception and then I ask them to check what happened with my billing they said "you should have asked us earlier". What if this happens to an elderly person or a diabetic with fasting comes in the morning and waits for hours just to know, that you had wasted your energy and time, get tested and mosquitoes free, it's just a name and huge building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Getting MRI done kept pushing from 30mins to 2hrs. The team is so laid back they hardly care to inform about the delay. Patience walk-in with different issues. You guys need to respect the time and situation of the patience and give much accurate timing. It’s disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working style is very bad. I don't know how people go for health checkup here. After 2-3 visit all checkup or appointment won't be done. Some work morning some work afternoon and some evening. That too for one hour or so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Male Receptionist at the counter doesn't have basic etiquette manners to speak to the attenders who come to the center along with the patient,lady receptionist was busy scrolling her smart phone.We need to follow up to understand when is our turn for any scanning. The blood sample collection guy was also wandering and once when he saw the patient on wheel chair that's when he decided to collect the samples.
Overall the staff needs to be trained on how to interact and they need to show some empathy towards the patients/ attenders who visit the centre.
Visited the centre twice unfortunately the experience has been very bad . Not sure if the staff members are trained.
The moment you get the car near the entrance the gatekeeper says you can't park the car give us some breathing time to get the patient inside the premises.

Had gone there with friend to avail the corporate health check up facilities.
Had a ok experience, blood and urine samples were collected and reports were sent to email next day.
Not sure of other reviews posted by people, may be they had a not so good experience.
Well.. you can always read them decide whether to avail facility or not.
