★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a Pleasant Experience in Getting the Blood test Recommended. All the staff were Co operative, courteous and attended to me till i got the " Reports" delivered to me. Overall it was a good visit to RR Nagar CLUMAX..best experience so far as compare to my past experiences with other diagnostic centre's ..all blood test was done..Thanks for sending reports ontime..

And the latest machinery’s are used for blood test and they have got affordable prices for their packages. Overall the experience was great when compared to any other diagnostic centers in rr nagar

First of all, I decided to go to this lab by seeing all good reviews and feedback on google, even though their charges are high compared to other labs in the area. But now I really doubt whether those reviews are genuine ones. So I would suggest please don't go on ratings.
Here is what happened to me.
After I gave my blood sample, the next day they called me and said I can come and collect the reports. But when I went there, they kept me waiting for close to an hour to finally tell me that hardcopy of the reports are not available due to some technical problem and they will send a softcopy to my email. If that was communicated to me earlier, I wouldn't have unneccessarily gone there when it is not safe to go out due to Covid-19.
Most importantly, they were not at all apolegetic to me, instead the lady at the counter was very rude and furious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier the services were good. Now seems like they have lost the track! Very much delay to open the centre, closes very soon! No proper management. Delayed reports for a simple test ! Doesn’t even bother to send atleast digital copy even if the reports are available! We have to followup multiple times to get our reports( even for soft copy to mail).
