★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience was good. Everyone was courteous. Food was good. Only problem was in admission. There was inordinate delay because of reasons better known to management. Nothing moves there and I was paying in cash without any corporate or insurance. My wife is almost a regular patient in Medica, getting admitted once in three months. Everytime I face the same problem while admission. Suggest a separate counter for senior citizens be created, so that elderly persons like us are not harassed without any fault of theirs. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Ms Khin Marlar Aye came to far from Myanmar Yangon to Medica by air ambulance and admitted here fir covid treatment on 17th July .First thanks to Mr Yogesh Joshi and Ms Poulami Paul.The whole team specially International department is so helpful ,kind and humble with their behaviour and patient services. Never forget Ms Poulami assistant manager in international department treated me as her family member. As I’m here about 2month in India with nobody but Ms Poulami how treated me I never feel alone.If she not attend me also video calling me.Always with smiling face.In her dictionary I never feel negative attitude.doctors , nurses and full team are very nice.very happy with my treatment .

His behavior was amicable,polite & gentle, i got confidence after being here
He is sublime experienced,dedicated towards his work with enormous professional skill. It was my first time operation ,my hidden fear was disappears after his words to me. We really pray to almighty that such kind of doctor comes out in each hospital & thus we like patient can get treatment..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of International Desk is highly appreciated. From Bangladesh we called them and they continuously helped us all the process till come to the hospital. We feel very special for them as they treated us as special guest. All the doctor visit and all the test done by them very smoothly. International Desk team is very active by their service.

Medica fairs much better than quite a few specialty large hospital even Tata at least from a staff support and patient care in out patient standpoint. We had mix bag experience for patient admitted overnight. My father’s attendant never looked at IV and vitals including when his saline stopped, they pretty much didn’t budge (1 rating for that). Sanitary condition was pretty bad as well. My mothers orthopedic surgery was decent enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Arindam Pandey is a very professional, knowledgeable and experienced cardiologist as well as a kind hearted person in and around kolkata. He is the best for his high knowledge and experience. His heartiest behaviour cure 50% disease of my uncle. He listened to my problems carefully, patiently and treats efficiently by giving very good suggestions and regarding the treatments and procedures, saw reports and explained the entire treatment process with suggestions. I would personally recommend him for any cardiovascular treatment. He listens to patients very . He accepts all reputed laboratory reports without any hesitation and gives time to listen the patient problem. He frequently appears in various TV channels and radio health programs and panel discussions. I personally had a very good experience with him. I wish him every success in his profession and life.
