Very very poor service & very very slow process. But bill is very very high. I never recommend to anybody to visit this hospital. Doctors will never visit to your room but will appear in bill. Only doctors who has (Dr.Sunil Mhaske Sir) operated is very careful, understanding & co-operative. Nurses & mawashis doing their job very well .. But overall management is very poor (Bakwas) . Night supervisor was co- operative. Billing department , pharmacy is hungry of money.. They want only rupee they don't trust & wait for your approval if you have insurance. This hospital is money making factory. Medipoint not worrying about patient & his / her pain or their relatives, feelings..

Very worst hospital, no one cares about patient... sisters and brothers, mavshis do timepass, they don’t care about patient. In a night shift they sleep and if patient relatives need any help and press bell to call docs or sisters they never come on time, They used to sleep in nighshift. Nurses are not professional each and every time patient relatives to ask for the reports and the status. ICU is very bad, drs come for few seconds to visit Patient. The night when my day was in ICU they asked me to bring some medicines they gave me big list, when I went down to bring medicns I asked that’s person we need in medicns in urgency but he said everyone says the same thing, he took almost 30 mins to give me medicines cost was nearly 50000. Same night ICU drs said to bring platlates from lab at 1am, if these dr know if patient need some blood or platlates they supposed to arrange immediate, they asked us to bring it from lab, again it took almost 2hrs. At 5am we got to know my dad is no more. This is all because of doctors careless behaviour. In death summary first they mentioned different timings and later on they cover with blank piece of paper and added different time. We got few reports after my dads death. It’s very bad, how to trust people I dnt understand now. I lost my dad bec of drs, nurses, brothers negligence. Again they mentioned some extra money on last bill summary. As patient relative we wasn’t in the condition to check the summary of bill, few days later when we check bills we visited the hospital and asked for refund then billing person said you have insurance then do reimburse. Please if you love your nearone dearone never ever visit this hospital.

The billing department lady Mrs Saraswate was very helpful and kind. She went out of the way every time for us and helped us. Her commitment to work is commendable and made the difficult process of hospitalization easier in the billing area. Overall good experience with the hospital.

These remarks are only for hospital canteen services and it does not have any relevance with Hospital and it's services. Pathetic food for patient, always serve cold food to patient after reminding multiple times. No time barriers. Never followed specific time, patient-doctor-relatives can't plan anything because of this. They serve sweet to Diabetic patients and if we demand soupy upma Or crushed chapati for the patients who have dental issues. They will not say no but will never serve as demanded inspite of giving multiple reminders. Never opt canteen service here for especially old age patients and for kids as well. Hospital and it's staff is co-operative and good.
