β β β β β The overall experience was good. Courteous and helpful staff at the OPD centre. Procedures were simple, registration and doctor's consultation fees were also reasonable. There is one more request, that in short, the patient should be informed about what are the formalities to be complied with at the time of taking admission to the hospital. Like for instance aadhaar card / proof of patients identity, also modes of payment accepted by the hospital, do's and don'ts etc. This should be handed over to the patient so that he/ she is well informed in advance in the form of a short note.
There is always scope for improvement as you excel in improvement of services to keep the patient comfortable and at ease, as one is mostly stressed and in a state of anxiety, due to circumstances, while taking addmission to the hospital.

β β β β β Hospital is not for people who have insurance. It takes an entire day to get the clearance. Mamas and sisters are polite in every hospital what matters is the discharge, it cannot take 7 hours for every other person. Casualty or duty doctor's rely on what the patient doctor says they do not have their own knowledge. In-house doctors rely on whatsapp message replies from patients doctors In emergency please avoid rest is your fate. I was shocked to see responses of casualty doctors, who are supposed to be Highly responsible and alert. They ask emergency patient to wait outside as they cannot handle peer pressure.

β β β β β Very very poor service & very very slow process. But bill is very very high. I will never recommend to anybody to visit this hospital. Doctors will never visit to your room but will appear in bill. Only doctors who has operated(Dr.Sunil Mhaske Sir) is very careful, understanding & co-operative. Nurses & mawashis doing their job very well .. But overall management is very poor (Bakwas) . Night supervisor was co- operative. Billing department , pharmacy is hungry of money.. They want only rupee they don't trust & wait for your approval if you have insurance. This hospital is money making factory. Medipoint not worrying about patient & his / her pain or their relatives, feelings..

β β β β β Nice hospital, consultant doctors was very punctual about visiting patient daily , special thanks to Saraswati madam for quick TPA and billing process ,she was very supportive throughout from admission till discharge. Dr Shivram Bhonagiri sir is best his words only make patient recover. Overall nice hospital.

β β β β β This is one of the best hospitals in aundh area. I personally had a good experience as my father was admitted here. The staff is extremely helpful and take good care of the patient. The discharge and billing process from the TPA department was also quite fast.

β β β β β My Husband was admitted in this hospital as emergency..From the time he was admitted till discharged he was taken care very well. All the staff members were kind,helpful. Especially in billing department Saraswati madam helped us a lot. We are thankful to everyone in the hospital.

β β β β β The staff of the hospital is very kind and caring ..Initially my insurance was rejected due to wrong admission time mentioned but it was rectified soon by the staff and they were very helpful. Especially Saraswati madam in billing was very very helpful. Thank you for helping us and taking care of my father so well.

β β β β β We were there for 3 days to get my father's (65yo) Kidney stone removed. It is our first experience with the hospital and was overall stress free.
1. The operation was done punctually on time.
2. The rooms were very clean - A/C, an attached bathroom and two beds.
3. The doctors were friendly and prompt in remedying any unease my father felt - like providing ice packs, pain relief creams etc.
4. The support staff are extremely friendly, always smiling and caring.
5. There was no one in the hospital who showed aggression or anger, which is usually the fear while one is in hospitals.
6. The food was good (neither bland nor hotel like commercially cooked) and reasonably priced.
7. From admission to insurance processing and billing, there was always someone to help out. We were never left running around to get forms filled etc.
8. We were only charged for the medicine and equipment that was used during the stay and the unused material was returned to the pharmacy and we were refunded.
