β β β β β We called in today to get our second dose of Covid vaccination. They asked us to come immediately. We reached at 12.30 p.m. It's 2.15 p.m as I write this but the hospital is waiting to collect 11 people to open a vial. If that is a constraint why don't you give 11 people a slot and then call them together. They have absolutely no respect for other people's time. They keep their masks down, the reception area is full of mosquitoes. It's a bad idea to come here for anything. Folks who walk in keep their masks down and don't follow social distancing either. Please find a better hospital.

β β β β β Review For Covid vaccination center. Do not go here. Even when it is paid vaccination there is :
No social distancing
No management
No briefing
No 30 mins waiting after vaccination
Avoid this vaccination center. Even if you report to management they will not do anything.

β β β β β My wife had a delivery at Shashwat. Doctors are really good and knowledgeable. Dr. Sunita Phadake and Archana Latkar both are very assuring. The hospital staff is very nice and helpful. Ms Rita, Ms. Preeti, Ms. Preeta, Ms. Sneha all are very good and ever approachable. Only small problem is with hospital administration that on the total bill they add 10% as admirative charges, which is unnecessary gimmick. On a whole good hospital and great staff. β β β β β I went this hospital for my wife's delivery (24/12/21), following is detailed feedback:
1. Doctors: 5 star to Dr. Anuradha Sarode, Dr.Archana Latkar and others. It was a premature delivery and they did their best.
2. Nursing Staff: again 5 Stars. They have been always available during our stay for any situation.
3. Support Staff: again 5 Stars for all the quick help they provided.
4. Hospital cleanliness: 4 Stas, this could have been better but still manageable.
5. Canteen: 2 Stars. Canteen is very small and not available throughout the 24hrs. So usually in the evening/night/early morning you will have to manage food from outside (for patients and yourself).
6. Billing/Insurance/TPA: 1 Star: I had a very bed experience with billing and discharge process. In my case, Insurance team did not provided all related/updated information to the insurance provider and left for the day. I had a heated argument with the billing head and call the team again in hospital to provide those missing details. It was a horrible experience!
7. Overall facility: NEGATIVE Rating: Hospital has only one lift and that too was broken on the day of discharge. My wife has to come down through the staircase (2 floors) that too the three days after C-section surgery. There was NO wheelchair, No One came to help us(Since the billing was already done after a heated argument).

β β β β β I don't have any complaints against the doctors.
But the admin and reception people are not at all responsive and don't know much about their work.
I do not understand the hospital policy (I don't know if they have such policies) about charging registration fee everytime when the patient is admitted to the hospital.
My father was admitted in the hospital in 2016 that too in ICU. That time they charged for the registration. But this year, march 2022, again, he is admitted to ICU and again charged us 1000rs in the name of registration fee.
This is unacceptable and I'm going to complaint it to the RTI.
And , also they have charged us 600rs for covid test.
First, they didn't tell me which covid test they are going to do. I thought it was for RTPCR test but no they did Coviself rapid antigen test. When I asked them about this, they changed the fee from 600 to 500 which is still not the actual price.
I'm a Post graduate in Science and i know the actual cost of the coviself kit( its only 250rs). But they charged us double the value of the kit.
I just feel cheated and definitely going to take action on this.
Doctors you all have my respect, but this overpricing is not at all acceptable.

β β β β β Pathetic hospital and third class staff. We visited here on Sunday to get our RT PCR done and was given a false promise that we will get our reports by 12AM. When we called at night, they denied having promised us anything like this and said the lab was closed on Sunday so the earliest we could get our results is next day 4PM. We called them next morning and they denied that they ever promised us anything.
Really third class staff. I would never visit this pathetic place again and would also advise no one should.
