★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got admitted to Meditech hospital due COVID on 8th May-21. Entire medical treatment, doctors & paramedical staff is very professional & I recovered within 7 days. Food quality & cleanness is very good. I would say its a great medical facility for miraroad & bhyandar residents specially for COVID.
However, there is an improvment scope with respect to their administration & reception staff and OPD facility.
Their admin & reception staff is not that much responsive as against the medical team. On the first day of my admission I complaint & also kept reminding daily for not working of washroom exhaust fan which was resulted into lots of suffocation. But this was not addressed till I got discharged after 7 days.
Patient is advised for follow up checkup post 7 days of discharge in OPD. But inspite of prior appointment patient has to wait for indefinite time & when you ask at reception abt doctor, they keep saying will come in 5/10 mins. Like this I waited for almost 2 hrs on 22nd May-21 on account of follow up checkup & when I asked reception team to connect to doctor but surprisingly they said patient cant directly talk to doctor & I have no option but to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, mediclaim dept riase query for certain documents for which i have personly give print out to hospital almost 15 days passed but still i have not recd any reply. Even when i call nobody give proper reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever seen ...they didn't belong to give one star....... worst doctor and worst services and do not take their patience seriously .....staff didn't attend the patient problem, they doing their own works.... if you're planning to admit here....help go to other hospital...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only once visited, it's worst experience & fees are expensive.One person does whole set up which is pathetic experience.Dialysis center is available but on 3rd floor there is no proper professional staff to assist. Also dialysis patient are not given any eatables from hospital premises if anything to purchase canteen is on ground floor. Writing feedback hopefully they really matters & focus to serve patient in best way.
