My bike got an problem of ..Meter not working , engine oil leakage, and they were not repaired it and charged 1100 for Polishing 500 i don't know which kind of cleaning it .For doing nothing and my 2 problems were ...There only from 2 weeks and they are replying so cool that we didn't got the accessories ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally visited the show room on 23-5-20 and lodged a complaint regarding the starting trouble to my Access-125 with a request to send the mechanic. I was assured of compliance.. Yesterday I reminded them, this morning I again repeated without success. This is my first experience of such negligence and lethargy. The service system here is the worst and unresponsive.

but Service quality is pathetic,
they charge around 700 for service and never clean the air filter
even if suzuki manufacture excellent scooters , they wont last with this kind of service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becareful while buying new vehicle. They will take insurance charge for new vehicle but they will insure for old model. For example I purchased BS 6 Model but they insured for BS 4 model. The owner knows everything but acts as innocent. Fully commercial services no quality. Huge price difference compare to Vijayawada dealers shop.
