★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk is very poorly managed & disorganized. Reports are not ready on time and after the customer asks, the front desk will start asking / calling the doctors. Will certainly help to be proactive towards customers & patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was good but the reception was rude and moody. I just asked to send a one page report on whatsapp only to get screaming from him saying printing ka paisa lagta hai and koi report leke nahi jata. First question is who is paying for the printing of the report? Ofcourse the customers. Nowadays everyone gets report online but here they want to us to spend 100rs auto fare for to and fro journey for a 2rs print which is taken from us only.
Before selecting it , please think and go because the reception staff is horrible and it's far better to invest somewhere else where you get treated well .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited for sonography on 19 April 2019 around afternoon , this was my first sonography hence I was clueless about the procedure. The receptionist were very rude and behaving as if I have been doing sonography since childhood and was not guiding me properly about procedures . They were also passing comments about patients coming in. The doctor who did my sonography was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had done ct scan . Reports were not properly taken... as per told to me by my doctor . Had to do ct scan again . Wats the use to spend high amount with no trust.. had previously read abt the views but still thought of doing but it failed ... ridiculous..
Staff was good. Environment was clean n safe but wats the use.
Who is going to visit again..... please take care of all these things as people are paying high for their health and result is bad....
Really feeling guilty that I ignored the comments posted by other people and still thought of doing my scan at mega scanning centre...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff attitude is horrible. They are callous, insensitive and irresponsible. I went for HRCT scan and few other blood tests after being detected Covid positive. They kept me waiting without any apparent reason. Only after several follow ups reports were made available after 12 hrs. That too a blood report is still not available after more than 26 hours. Upon asking talking irresponsibly.
