I'm dialysis patient .I'm doing dialysis for 13 months before I came to this unit I was doing out place no maintenance. I came to nikhara really I have to say about the doctor his very good with patient and staff. Then nikhara is neat and clean the dialysis staff's r take care very we'll . I like to come here because everyone treat very friendly..................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less crowdy. They do all major tests. Price is competitive. They have to enhance their reporting. Like other diagnostic, they should send link for report download. Sometimes they forget to send online report, need to call and remind them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab technicians don't have basic knowledge, no ownership and no proper response.
Only matters them is Money. Rethink before visiting this place. They will worsen your health. Lab technician don't know their work and reception has very rude behaviour.
This place and Manager of this place both are hopeless. No regretness by these people.
It's been more than a month, still iam suffering from hand pain because of wrong insersion of IV to my hand muscle by nurse/lab technician..
IT'S BETTER YOU AVOID VISITING THIS PLACE FOR ANY MATTER.
One of the worst diagnostics ever seen or experienced.
Since 25th Dec'2021 they have not returned the amount which i had paid for conducting CT scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After making me wait for 45+ min, they first informed me that Doctor may not come due to rain. Just after 10 min more they informed me that Doctor got emergency so he will not visited.
What this Diagnostic Center Doctors and Staff thinks that we are coming for chit chat...
I will suggest people to take some table from any medicine shop and visit some other ....
Horrible....
