★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a regular customer of metropolis nepeansea road. The people who come to collect the samples are good but the staff at their office is rude. One doesn't want to change labs as comparison and quality of tests matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible staff that do not know thier stuff at all. I doubt if they are even trained. Results are never on time and not reliable either. Have False positives many times and had to get trsts and results done from other labs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable and unprofessional. I booked a routine blood test for myself and my wife for today morning between 8:30 and 9 am. Since the tests involve testing for blood sugar, we were required to not eat anything (fast) for 12 hours beforehand. Today morning the technician did not show up and when we called him, he said he was reassigned and that my name didn’t appear on his duty sheet. Called the service helpline and was told the appointment has been rescheduled for 2 pm today. Asked them how they expect us to not consume any food until 2 pm, to which they could not offer a satisfactory answer. They asked me to contact the new technician assigned to us and to request him to come earlier. However, the new technician isn’t bothering to answer his phone or call back.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. I spent two hours trying to confirm a test booking I had made ten days back. Call kept going silent at their end, call backs kept dropping and finally after long waits they said my booking doesn’t exist. Even though I had a reference number and message. What a waste of time over such a simple task - a confirmation call. The only reason I did this is because the last time even though we received the confirmation text the technician never showed up.
Have switched vendors for life. Metropolis never again
